Women’s Health and Resilience Retreat

August 22-24

with Stephannie Friend

Do life’s demands overwhelm you to the point that you can’t seem to make measurable progress toward improving your health? Do you set personal goals only to put them on the back burner as a result of inevitable challenges and circumstances?

Reaching your goals isn’t about feeling overwhelmed, it’s about having resilience. Resilience allows you to harness your inner strength to push through life’s inevitable challenges and stay on an intentional path. One of the most important, yet overlooked tools to having resilience is self-care. Over the course of this retreat, you’ll learn key steps to identify and overcome your own unique obstacles, adopt healthy practices of mindfulness and self-care, and cultivate the resilience to feel empowered in achieving your biggest goals.

Join guest retreat leader Stephannie Friend, Resilience Coach and Nutritionist, and Haley Gillespie, Health Coach and Yoga Instructor for a one-of-a-kind wellness retreat. Enjoy Pilates, hiking, mindfulness, healthy food, and learn more about how you can be more Resilient in everyday life. Your retreat includes a copy of Stephannie’s Resilience Method Journal.
